Item 3! Actor Titus Welliver took an incorrect step while walking down an outdoor staircase during a recent photoshoot at the Museum of Modern Times for GQ magazine. Though cameras caught his fall, the actor arranged to purchase all the photos of the incident in order to spare his fans the unpleasantness of seeing him crack a rib on a metal railing.
